Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table Review

[Updated on 1 June 2020] Ironman is a company with a long history in providing fitness and therapeutic and/or recovery machines for those suffering from all sorts of back and spine ailments. One of their newest products is the Ironman Gravity 1000.

Although many people are repelled by low prices when it comes to such important machines, you shouldn’t worry too much about that. You can rest assured that this piece will return some fantastic quality.

In the following, I’ll present you the Ironman Gravity 1000 in a much more detailed manner, so you know what to expect when you hit the order button, and you get the inversion table delivered to you.

Introducing The Ironman Gravity 1000

Coming with a price tag for somewhere in the range of $150, the Gravity 1000 is one of the cheapest inversion tables you can buy nowadays. In spite of the fact that the price may summon some skeptical thoughts, it is actually a trustworthy companion.

The inversion table has the following features:

  • Foldable
  • Ankle cushions (made on an ergonomic principle)
  • Stabilizers that ensure anti-skidding properties
  • Tubular steel frame (very good considering the price)
  • Backrest made of nylon
  • 180° inversion
  • 300 lbs. weight capacity
  • 46 lbs. weight
  • 49 x 25 x 62 inches (these are the dimensions)

Looking at these features, you can’t help but wonder how it’s possible for this inversion table to come so cheap. It is no scam, I can assure you of that.

The Results

Given that you can invert to a maximum of 180° and you can adjust the height up to 6 ft. and 6”, the results are quite a picture. The table provides almost an immediate pain relief.

I find it somewhat hilarious that the people who have never tried spinning on such a table before being completely blown away by how efficient it really is.

The Gravity 1000 is worth every penny and trust me (as well as the other hundreds of customers): it’s better than a visit to the chiropractor. First of all, it doesn’t cost you $100 per session.

Second of all, you get all the benefits in 10 minutes, after your first rotation upside down. That doesn’t happen at the chiropractor’s office. In fact, you might end up being in more pain than you were in, to begin with.

All things considered until now, this is a piece of top-notch quality that offers the same perks that an inversion table with three times this price offers.

What Other People Think

To put it shortly, everybody else is as excited about this inversion table as I am, for plenty of reasons. One of them is the fact that the Instructions are actually easy to understand.

Moreover, people have found that it is quite lightweight, even though it might not appear as such due to its sturdy tubular steel frame. Some people said that the packaging was torn, but the table itself was fine.

You can read any of these reviews whenever you want if you have any skeptical thoughts left.

What We Like

What we like, first and foremost, is that the Gravity 1000 is as modern and high-quality as more expensive inversion tables. In other words, it is the very peak of comfort and efficiency that comes with an extremely affordable “damage,” so to speak.

It is made with top-notch materials and has outstanding features. As you might expect, it is durable and doesn’t need anywhere near as much maintenance as you might think. Wiping it off with a damp cloth once in a while does the trick.

The gigantic handles are advantageous, too, because they allow you to do some additional stretching. The ankle clamps are really comfortable, and they don’t hurt your feet as you recline. This is especially helpful to people suffering from joint problems.

What We Don’t Like

To be honest with you, there’s not one thing I don’t like about this inversion table. I have had it for almost two months now, and I have used it daily. And religiously.

It has a great balance; it doesn’t make any powerful scratching noises when the backrest starts rotating to the designated angle, and it is very friendly with my back.

Maybe some kind of mattress would have been nice, but the backrest is as comfortable as it can get anyway. Some people found this very difficult to assemble.

I didn’t have that problem. I admit, though, that it took me approximately 2 hours to figure out where all the parts go. But since I’ve got plenty of time on my hands and I enjoy working, it didn’t appear as much of a downside to me.

Buying Advice

The retail price of this inversion table is almost $200. However, you can get 25% off that price by ordering the Gravity 1000 from Amazon. You also get free shipping and the option to have an expert put it together.

That will cost you another $125, so I don’t recommend you hire anybody. It will take you a while to assemble it, most probably, but you won’t be paying that astronomical sum.

So, you get free shipping and a generous 25% discount on Amazon, which is really nice and helpful, in my opinion.

Final Thoughts

The Ironman Gravity 1000 is a jewel, really. It costs a fraction of what you’d pay for other brands with the same or even a lower array of features. This makes it the perfect product for people who are struggling financially and are marred by back pain.

I recommend the product wholeheartedly, and if it were for me to rate it, I would definitely give it 9 out of 10. It looks too good to be true, but sometimes, luckily, it is true.

If you’re shopping on a budget, then this is the best inversion table you can get in the range of $150. I hope you’ve enjoyed reading my review and that you’re now pain-free.
